Did you know that Råsunda Stadium is one of just two venues in the world - California's Rose Bowl being the other - that can boast of having hosted the final of both the FIFA World Cup (1958) and the FIFA Women's World Cup (1995)?

A bit like Limavady with an extra stand ! By the time we actually got there, they had build a stand at each end so it's more like Mourneview Park, Lurgan, with an extra stand.
PARKEN STADIUM, COPENHAGEN, DENMARK

Seems a good compact ground with high stands.
OLYMPIC STADIUM, HELSINKI, FINLAND

NI may be playing a friendly here shortly. Imagine it would be difficult to create an atmosphere with the end seats so far away from the pitch.

Going to be a struggle to get tickets for this one ! Hope they remember to change the pitch markings.
GIANTS STADIUM, NEW JERSEY, U.S.A.

Not much different from Clandaboye Park !

ERNST HAPPEL STADIUM, VIENNA, AUSTRIA

Strange circular shaped stadium where even the side seats are well away from the pitch.

However, all under cover and great view of the pitch due to the height of the stands.
TA 'QUALI STADIUM, MALTA

Set in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the island, it's hard to create much atmosphere in this open bowl.

LEGIA STADIUM, WARSAW, POLAND

For such a big country, this is a relatively small ground with only one stand to protect the fans form the elements.

Luckily, the GAWA were located in this stand. You wonder how Windsor gets so much criticism when you compare it to this "ground".
OLD TRAFFORD, MANCHESTER, ENGLAND

The well known English Premier League ground provides cover all round and no obstructions to spoil the view.

Not the best of results for NI but we certainly tought the home fans how to sing.
