Abbey Villa
 
Amateur League side Abbey Villa, from Millisle, are having a successful season, mainly due to thier new management team of Mark and Graham Bailie, also assisted by Rodney Ferris and Michael Sandford. All these guys are prominent members of the Bangor NISC.
The Daily Mirror ran an article on their progress, leading to their 3-2 win against Comber Rec. in the Border Cup Final on Thursday, 27 December 2007.

The Border Cup victory was followed by an Irish Cup victory over Irish league 1st. Division side banbridge Town. An article is included below.
